The Essex Events Company - Who Are We?
We are Karen Lambert and Samantha Turner, and over the years we have made many contacts within the restaurant and hotel business in the Essex area. We decided to put those contacts to good use and utilise our organisational skills, commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail into The Essex Events Company, incorporating the highly successful event networking group called Eventnet. Having over 30 years’ combined expertise in event planning, and with experience of Wedding planning, special occasion Parties and Corporate Entertaining, we have worked together for 10 years this year, and are still going strong – much credit to the amazing suppliers we use and work with on a daily basis.

After many years in corporate events in the City, Samantha now enjoys working on private parties and weddings in the Essex Countryside. She has 2 grown-up children and one crazy dog!
Karen brings many years of organisational skills to the great events she runs. She loves nothing better than a themed party or giving a bride and groom their perfect day. She has been married for nearly 25 years and has the best black labrador in the world.
Natalie is the newest member of the Essex Events Company team but also has her own event decor company – Truly Gladly Sweetly. So she has so many skills to add to make your event the best it could be. Natalie has a beautiful family who are very proud of their fantastic mum!
