Coordination of Partial Wedding Package

This package is designed for the bride and groom who wish to plan a portion of the wedding themselves yet need help with supplier referral and resources of a wedding professional during the planning. 

Services Include

• Initial meeting to discuss and understand your vision, personal style & budget.  This first consultation is free and there is no obligation for your to engage The Essex Events Company.
• Assisting with selecting a colour scheme, theme and style of the wedding
• Ongoing access to coordinator for guidance and support
• Supplier referrals (eg photographer, florist, DJ’s etc)
• Assisting in selection of invitations and programs
• Comprehensive, detailed ‘Wedding Day Itinerary’
• Attending final meeting at reception centre
• Coordinate and cue ceremony
• Delivery and set-up of all wedding day items
• Greet suppliers and oversee set-up of ceremony & reception
• Distribute final payments as needed to service providers
• Coordinate reception activities with entertainment and MC
• Keep activities on schedule
• Transport gifts to onsite hotel room or car

As with our full coordination package, there will be elements of your wedding that our unique to you, The Essex Events Company are here to help you and advise you as much as you need and will cost any additional items accordingly.

Please bear in mind that we get corporate discounts from suppliers which we pass on to you, these discounts often cover the costs of hiring The Essex Events Company. 

Every wedding is a unique event and every couple want different levels of assistance.  However our minimum fee for this service is £1,200.00.

VAT is not applicable on fees from The Essex Events Company.
