Coordination of whole wedding

This package is for couples who would like professional guidance and a stress free experience throughout the entire wedding planning process. The Bride and Groom retain all creative freedom and make all the final decisions. Our wedding consultants simply assist with the co-ordination and planning of the wedding you desire.

Services Include

  • Initial meeting to discuss and understand your vision, personal style & budget.  This first consultation is free and there is no obligation for you to engage The Essex Events Company.
  • Unlimited consultations with your wedding consultant
  • Assisting with selecting a colour scheme, theme and style of the wedding
  • Ongoing access to coordinator for guidance and support
  • Assisting in selection of invitations and programs - booklets - including suggested readings, vows and poetry
  • Recommendation and sourcing of suppliers who best reflect your style and budget (eg florists, photographers, cake makers)
  • Implementation of bookings for your chosen suppliers
  • Assistance with setting and keeping your wedding on budget
  • Ongoing management of all your suppliers and subcontractors
  • Table layout and seating plan suggestions
  • Assistance with speeches
  • Comprehensive, detailed ‘Wedding Day Itinerary’
  • Attending final meeting at reception centre

On the Day:

  • Attendance at your wedding day for unlimited hours
  • Supply of emergency bridal kit on the day (band-aids, tissues, hair pins, hair spray etc)
  • Early arrival at your ceremony location to ensure set-up is as per your specifications and all musicians/celebrant/priest/ushers/readers etc are in attendance
  • Coordinate and cue ceremony
  • Gather family members for photographs
  • Early arrival at reception venue to ensure set-up is as per your specifications and all deliveries have been made.
  • Assist DJ/MC/band on the day Supervise and communicate with reception venue staff including chefs, waiters and bar staff
  • Facilitate with any special requests or requirements & Keep activities on schedule
  • Personal assistance for the bride and groom throughout the day/evening
  • Distribute final payments as needed to service providers
  • Coordinate reception activities with entertainment and MC
  • Transport gifts to onsite hotel room or car

Every wedding is a unique event and every couple want different levels of assistance.  However our minimum fee for this service is £1,500.00.

VAT is not applicable on fees from The Essex Events Company.
